ABOUT ME
What Sets Me Apart
Nancy McCabe, PCC, CPCC
My executive roles at Lifetime Television, Warner Brothers, Viacom, and FCB Advertising gave me a firsthand understanding of the complexities of corporate culture.
That background shapes everything about how I work. I’m creative, practical, and grounded in real-world experience.
After juggling the intense demands of the entertainment business with a busy personal life, I founded Greatview Coaching to help ambitious professionals navigate the uncertainty, competition, and constant change that defines our lives today.

What I Believe
I'm a persistent optimist, not because I believe everything is easy, but because I've seen again and again that there's always a way forward. When we get honest about what matters most, and use our core values as a compass, the path forward becomes clearer, even when the terrain feels impossible.
We usually know more than we think we do. With sensitive reflection and encouragement, the answers emerge.
“Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom.”— Aristotle

My Background
I studied at Wesleyan University and earned my BA from Pomona College. I hold PCC and CPCC certifications from the Coaches Training Institute and the International Coach Federation. I'm also licensed to administer The Leadership Circle, Hogan, Team Diagnostic, and ISEI assessments. These tools give clients an honest, objective window into their strengths, values, and opportunities for growth.

I live in Southern California with my husband, who leads a nonprofit, and our adult children are building their own careers.
