NANCY McCABE, CPCC, PCC

Nancy established Greatview Coaching in 1999 after more than 20 years in the entertainment business. Her executive roles at Lifetime Television, Warner Brothers, Viacom, and Foote, Cone & Belding Advertising gave her a keen understanding of the complexities and challenges of both corporate cultures and  personal endeavors. Ultimately, her entertainment background inspired her passion for coaching and provided her with a uniquely creative and solution-driven view of life and work. She is positive, pro-active and energetic in her approach to her clients’ goals and challenges. Clients appreciate her steadfast commitment to creating lives that consistently blend career achievement with personal satisfaction. 

 

Nancy studied at Wesleyan University and earned her BA in Government from Pomona College. She is certified by the Coaches Training Institute and the International Coach Federation. Nancy is also licensed to administer The Leadership Circle, Hogan, Team Diagnostic, and ISEI assessment tools. These tools offer remarkable and objective insights. They provide clients with a clear view of their strengths,  challenges, personal values and opportunities for enhanced leadership and performance. 

 

She lives in Santa Monica with her husband, and their two children have launched their careers.  Greatview Coaching is based in Santa Monica, CA.  Nancy is available for individual and team coaching sessions, 360 assessments,  and team workshops. Coaching sessions are conducted in person, in her office or yours, and by phone/zoom etc. All sessions are confidential.
